About Us

Flexible support for young people building a safer future.

RCS provides semi-independent accommodation and tailored support for care leavers and young people facing vulnerability, disruption or complex transitions.

Who we support

We support young people who may be living with learning or physical difficulties, trauma, exploitation risk, offending histories, emotional distress, loneliness, low confidence or uncertainty about their next home.

Each young person receives a placement agreement, a welcome pack and a plan that reflects their needs, culture, voice and Pathway Plan.

Staffing & Quality

Good support starts with well-supported staff.

RCS uses safer recruitment, clear supervision and practical training so staff can respond calmly to complex needs. We work closely with local authorities, advocacy services and partner agencies to keep support accountable and child-centred.

Complaints and compliments are treated as insight. We listen, review and improve because young people and referrers should always know how decisions are made.
